I used to have THE flattest butt.
While it’s still not as large as I’d like, it has improved SO MUCH over the past year, I can’t help but be a little proud When I used to do lots of cardio it just got smaller and flatter.
The only thing that has built this booty is squats, lunges, Romanian deadlifts, leg presses and other big compound movements.. All at challenging weights. Keep in mind that “heavy” for one person may be light to someone else (& vice versa) so pick a weight that challenges YOU and aim to increase that as you get stronger.
